RETURN OF PURCHASED ITEM – WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE

If you have received the shipment and for any reason wish to withdraw from concluding the contract, for items ordered via www.stopa.rs, we offer you the benefit to exercise this right within 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

If you ordered multiple items, the withdrawal period from the contract is calculated from the moment of receipt of each item separately. In case of withdrawal from the contract – purchase, you have the right to exchange the ordered item for another or to have your money refunded.

After the period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.

To exercise the right to return the purchased product, the returned goods must not be damaged or worn, and must not have been used outdoors. The consumer has the right to return the item, but if the item has been used in a manner that is not appropriate, i.e., the use of the item exceeded what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the product, the consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods. Goods being returned must be returned in their original packaging, with the invoice attached, and a completed withdrawal form.

The statement of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it is sent to the seller.
In case of withdrawal from the purchase, the Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

The Consumer does not pay the direct costs of returning the goods to the company, the costs of direct delivery are paid by the buyer to the courier service through which the goods are returned to the company.

If you have decided to make an exchange or withdraw from the purchase, it is necessary to initiate the procedure by filling out the return and exchange form, in order to receive the necessary instructions regarding the exchange or refund.

If you wish to exchange the model ordered via www.stopa.rs, the replacement pair will be sent to you within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the payment method that was used during the purchase or by refunding the amount to the Stopa Gift card.
Funds to the Consumer, who made the payment in cash upon delivery, will be paid into a resident account opened in banks in the Republic of Serbia, which the Consumer provides when filling out the exchange and return form . The paid funds will be returned within 3 (three) business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, and the final period in which the funds will be returned to the Consumer depends solely on the policy of the bank through which the transaction was made.

 

In case of a refund, the seller refunds the amount of the ordered item, while the delivery costs borne by the Consumer are not refunded.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, within 21 days (exchange or refund), the Consumer is required to send the item being returned without a specified cash on delivery amount via a courier service of their choice.
