Based on the provisions of Articles 12 and 26 of the Consumer Protection Act, the business entity Goran Bogunović PR STOPA Retail trade in footwear Stopa Belgrade informs esteemed customers who purchase goods via the website www.stopa.rs:

The sale of goods through the website www.stopa.rs is carried out within the registered business activity of the company.

The basic characteristics of the goods can be found on the website www.stopa.rs.

Purchasing through the website www.stopa.rs is considered distance selling, in accordance with applicable laws.

All goods have the properties required for regular use, according to their purpose stated in the declaration.

The conformity of the goods to the contract is determined exclusively based on their description in the declaration.

The seller is liable for non-conformity of the goods for a period of two years from the date the risk passes to the consumer.

All prices are expressed in dinars and refer to online purchases.

Promotional sales, campaigns, and incentives are published on the website with clearly stated conditions of duration and application.

You can pay for the goods by cash on delivery or by payment to the seller's account.

By clicking the "CONFIRM" button, the consumer undertakes the obligation to pay.

The delivery period is from 2 to 5 business days. In exceptional cases, the consumer will be specifically notified via email address.

If the size does not fit, the consumer has the right to exchange within 15 days, provided that the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

A refund is possible only for online purchases, while for purchases in physical stores we allow an exchange for another model or a gift card of the same value.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of delivery, without stating a reason. The cost of returning the goods in that case is borne by the consumer.

In case of non-conformity, the consumer has the right to file a complaint under the conditions defined in the COMPLAINTS section.
